Barnacre area.
The Whimbrel, a small relative of the curlew, uses Barnacre
Reservoir as an important staging post on their journey
from Africa to Iceland. Come and watch the spectacular
sight as these beautiful birds fly into roost at dusk. Suitable
for children 14 years and over accompanied by an adult.
