Enjoy a short walk around the beautiful gardens at the Gathering Fields to collect seasonal, edible fruits or plants for a fresh tea to enjoy on the evening.  With Helen’s expertise and guidance you’ll then make your own tonic (elixir) to take home.

Please bring along 1 x Jam Jar + one small bottle of Brandy, Vodka or Apple Cider Vinegar. 

Please wear appropriate footwear and waterproofs if required.

About Our Host:

Helen has been a holistic therapist for 23 years and is trained in Ayurveda and Yoga. The farm Swainshead Hall and home of the Gathering Fields has been in Helen’s family for 52 years and is still a working farm. www.northernapproach.co.uk
