A continuous swim and run event for children and young people aged 8 to 16.

Registration from 10:30am – 12:00pm
The swim will be in an eight lane, 25m indoor pool and the run will finish on the athletics track. Goody bag for all participants

The event has been organised by the COLT Triathlon Club, Carnforth Otters Swimming Club and Lancaster City Council.
