PJ Proby, a legendary 60’s superstar icon, first invited to the UK by The Beatles, went from being an American star to a superstar in Europe. With hits such as “Somewhere”, “Maria”, “Together”, and of course the biggest hit that started everything off for him in the UK “Hold Me”.

In his early career PJ would lay down the vocals on Elvis Presley’s future releases to enable ‘the King’ to fulfil his movie contracts, then Elvis would put his own vocals down, for the finished article.

PJ has been a star for five decades now, and at 80 years old is still going strong. However, it is finally time for him to put the guitar down, hang up the stage suits and enjoy his retirement.

In a change to the original line-up PJ’s special guest on his Farewell Tour is another 60’s act in the shape of The Fortunes band members Mick Smitham and Eddie Mooney who will be performing all the band’s classic hits as a duo, including: “You’ve Got Your Troubles”, “Here It Comes Again”, “Storm in a Teacup” and “Freedom Come, Freedom Go”.

On top of that, 60s band The Revolvers will perform on their first ever UK tour, having toured consistently throughout Europe and Asia.

A great night of Nostalgia, Laughter, 60’s Hits, and more.
