Salt Ayre will come alive when 25 competitors battle it out to crown the next Northern England’s Strongest Man (under 105kg).

If you haven’t been to a Strongman event before its a great day out with 6 thrilling events to watch and spectators are welcome. It costs £3 adults and £1 children. The competition starts at 12 noon, is seated indoors and refreshments are available all day.
