The Kingdom of Ambrosia, has been cast into a deep shadow by the presence of the Giant Blunderbore and his sinister henchman Fleshcreep, yet the defiant citizens are determined that the annual village fair will be an event to remember. What Ambrosia needs is a hero! But who?
Enter Dame Trott and her two sons, Jack and Simon. Jack is a handsome boy, infatuated with Princess Jill, who would return his love but for the objection of her father, King Rudolph,. Simon is a dreamer, and general hard shirker. As a last resort, Dame Trott is forced to sell Daisy, the most traditional pantomime cow ever seen. However, Simon sells the cow for beans, not gold.
With a little help from the cabbage patch fairy, the beans grow into the beanstalk. We see the Trott family at home, although with Simon in charge of the milking, and baking, some help may be required in the cleaning department!

Act two sees us in the Giants Castle. What lies above the clouds is wealth beyond Jack’s wildest dreams. All he has to do, is rescue the Princess, discover the identity of the strangely familiar housekeeper, release the Goose who lays the Golden eggs, defeat the Giant;- and be back by tea-time.
It’s sure to strike a magical chord at Chistmas time with anyone who dreams of Castles, Giants, and worlds beyond our own imagination.
