Starting from Grindleton village, we will climb up to
Grindleton Fell and its forest, continue to Easington Fell
with magnificent views of Pendle Hill to the south and the
Hodder Valley to the north, and return along enclosure
tracks, green lanes and through the Millennium Wood.
Enclosures, dry-stone walls and other boundaries will be
explored, and the history of Grindleton and its environs
presented. Bring a packed lunch.
