Experienced forager, Adrian Rose, guides us on a culinary quest to discover some of the best wild foods that the area has to offer, whilst talented chef, Dominique Ashford, owner of Dale House Barn and B&B, demonstrates a 3-course seasonal, foraged feast.
Adrian has been featured numerous times on radio and television talking about his passion for wild food foraging within the Ribble Valley and loves to share his knowledge.
Dominique is a classically trained chef who has worked at the Houses of Parliament, with the Roux brothers and Aiden Byrne. She now runs Dalehouse Barn and B&B along with her partner Andrew. Between them they offer beautiful accommodation and a small menu of carefully selected local produce with an emphasis on game.
